So, who am I?
Hello, my name is Daniel, and I am an Mindfullness- and Life Coach.
My journey initially led me to study Sports and Political Sciences. However, during my personal development and quest for self-discovery, I discovered my true professional passion - coaching.
In 2015, I completed a training as a Mental Therapist. Following that, I acquired expertise in the Quantum Entrainment technique developed by Frank Kinslow. From 2016 to 2022, I had the privilege of living and working at the Meditation and Retreat Center, 'Monte Sahaja,' in Portugal, where I gained profound insights and expanded my knowledge.
I completed my coaching training at Sandy Simons Coaching, and currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in "Life Coaching" at a university in Berlin. In addition to my independent coaching practice, I work with "lyfes," a company specializing in 'learning to live healthily' across all areas of life.
My Story
In a world shaped by superficial descriptions like the one above, the question arises: What does that truly say about us?
We intuitively feel that our name, age, and profession only capture superficial aspects of our being. Deep within us lies an essence that exists independently of all descriptions and that we consciously or unconsciously yearn for. An essence that truly defines us but is simultaneously indescribable in words. The question "Who am I really?" has accompanied me throughout my entire life.
It has motivated me to personally evolve and grow. It has inspired me to engage in self-reflection, consciously observe my mind, and search for the essence of my being. Over the past 10 years, I have dived deeply into spiritual practices, religions, and philosophies. These experiences have fundamentally changed my life while igniting my passion for individual coaching. My time at the Retreat & Meditation Center, 'Monte Sahaja,' has profoundly transformed my life. The insights gained here have granted me a deep inner peace, a sense of connection, and a clear focus on the essential.
In my role as a coach, I greatly benefit from this intense period of self-reflection. It has made me attuned to the deep questions and longings of my clients. I understand that, ultimately, we all seek a sense of connection and inner joy. The things we buy, the activities we engage in, the relationships we cultivate, or the professions we pursue all seem to be means to this pirmary goal. None of these things are inherently wrong. However, when we believe that they will make us happy, we are chasing a misconception.

My approach
Leading a happy and fulfilling life is not difficult. It's not a goal that must be achieved through tears and sweat in a distant future. Being happy is our natural state, and it is possiblet to experience here and now!
Specifically, exclusively in the present moment. The past and the future exist only in our thoughts. They are concepts. What we call the past was the present at the time we experienced it. And what we now consider as the future will also be the present when we experience it. There is only the eternal now; all other moments exist only in our thoughts.
Projecting one's happiness into the future never leads to the desired fulfillment. It ties happiness to a moment that will never arrive. One spends their entire life waiting to become happy, without realizing that it is precisely this waiting and their own projection that makes them unhappy in the first place.
The concept of the future does have its validity when it comes to acquiring new skills or achieving specific goals. However, it is crucial to recognize that one has nothing to do with the other. Happiness does not exist outside of us, tied to any condition. If a situation or an object contained happiness, every person would react to the object or situation in the same way. However, a newly purchased car may evoke a sense of happiness for Person A and have no significance for Person B.
Bliss is not something that can be added externally. It emerges when our desire for something other than "what is" dissolves. In the case of acquiring the new car, the state of happiness is merely achieved through the fulfillment of the previous desire. The moment the desire is fulfilled, the mechanism of wanting something else temporarily disappears, and our natural state of contentment becomes experiential again.
Therefore, it is our own beliefs and unawareness that make us feel unhappy. Therefore, as part of my coaching approach, mindfulness is always being included. Only when you become aware of how certain mechanisms work can you make the right decisions in your life. And in that moment when you act from your own joy, your external life will automatically adjust.
